On Sunday morning, January 28, Bethel Church members gathered in Washington, D.C., to meditate on the word of God in Hebrews 4.

The service began with praise led by Jubilee members. A new praise team member, Juwan Victor, joined and played the bass guitar.

“Sachie organized the praise practice on Saturday. It makes a big difference when the praise team prepares their praise a day before. I’m excited to see Juwan participating and I hope his faith can grow even more as he serves the church through praising,” shared Bethel Church minister Sam Kim.

A newcomer, Gary Moore, joined the church for the first time.

“Although Gary came late for the service, he joined the potluck afterward and then studied the Bible together. He said he would like to come to our Friday prayer meeting and set up regular Bible studies,” said Kim.

“I can feel God’s guiding hand for our church. Please pray for DC Church to experience a revival as they continue to offer up the service to God in truth and in spirit!”
