On Wednesday, September 2, DC Bethel church members gathered and worshiped God together in one heart.
The message for the evening focused on prayer and fasting. Members meditated on how to pray and fast not just externally but internally by coming before God with a contrite heart and praying especially for many churches that are closing doors.
“There are many churches that are closing doors and Christians leaving their faith. This is what’s most tragic in this time of the pandemic. We want to go before the Lord with a prayerful heart and fasting to ask His intervention as people of God,” said a church member.
“Let us gather our hearts and go humbly before the Lord to seek His healings during this time of crisis.”
