Lead Pastor
Samuel is currently serving as a pastor at Bethel Presbyterian Church. By remembering the love and humility of Jesus Christ, he wishes to serve and work together with his fellow brothers and sisters in Christ at Bethel Church, following the Great Commission from the Lord. He believes that the gospel of Jesus Christ can not only change the nation’s capital but also the entire nation and the whole wide world for the better. He and his wife have one young daughter together.
Liang Wu
Assistant Pastor
Liang Wu serves Bethel Church as an Assistant Pastor. He is very passionate about preaching and teaching the Gospel, especially to young people who are the leaders of this world. He is also very gifted in counseling and systematic administration. As the Assistant Pastor at Bethel Presbyterian Church, he is passionate about growing the church and planting more churches around the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. Liang Wu is happily married to his wife and has four energetic children who love Jesus with all their hearts
Ashley Barnes
Bible Teacher
Ashley Barnes is one of the bible teachers of Bethel Community church based in Greenbelt, Maryland. Her passion is to serve God and the community through revealing the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ. She is currently studying Journalism at Olivet School of Mass Communication (OSMC) with aspirations to make Christ known to all nations through social media platforms. Ashley currently resides in Washington D.C. where she enjoys exploring the city.
